Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quizza. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Fair Play

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores.
• Do not harass or abuse other players.
• Do not use the app for unlawful activities.

4. Content and Rankings

Rankings and match results are calculated automatically. We may adjust rankings, reset seasons, or remove results to maintain fair play and system integrity.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Quizza may offer optional subscriptions or in‑app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and may change over time; changes apply at renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policies.

6. Advertising and Promotions

Quizza may introduce advertising or promotional features in the future (e.g., ads or sponsored content). If we do, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before such features are introduced.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app. Deletion removes your profile and gameplay data, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

8. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Quizza for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

9. Intellectual Property

Quizza and its content are owned by Diggolabs. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for harmful behavior.

11. Disclaimer

Quizza is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diggolabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
